During my time as the Manager of Central Support Teams at Crossover, I was responsible for overseeing critical functions such as CICD, Dockerization (Docker / Kubernetes / VMware), Monitoring, Automations, and Central Support.

My role required me to conduct daily deep dives into each team, ensuring that workflow management was optimal and operations were efficient.

I leveraged my expertise in these areas to provide guidance and support to the team members, ensuring that they were equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to carry out their responsibilities.

Through my leadership, I contributed to the overall success of the organization by ensuring that the central support functions were executed seamlessly and contributed to the company's goals.
